Invercargill Netball Centre

Men's netball teams exist at club, national, and international levels. The sport follows the same basic rules as women's netball, with some minor adaptations to account for the physical differences between male and female players.

In recent years, there has been a push to increase the visibility and participation of men's netball. Events like the Cadbury Netball Series in New Zealand provide a platform for male players to showcase their skills and compete at a high level.

While still developing, men's netball offers an exciting and competitive environment for athletes who enjoy the sport.

With changes to Men's & Mixed National tournaments for 2026, we are straight back into another exciting season of Men’s Netball!

Trial Dates:

Monday Nov 10 | 6–8pm

Saturday Nov 15 | 12–2pm

We are calling for players to register their interest in all teams in all Grades as we prepare for the 2026 Men’s Nationals, taking place at Ākau Tangi Sports Centre, Wellington – April 3–7 (Easter).

Whether you’re a returning player or new to the game, this is your chance to represent Invercargill Netball Centre and be part of a growing, high-energy program.
