Rule of the Week - Over a Third

• The Rule: A ball passed down the court must be touched or caught by a player standing in or landing in every third of the court.
  
• Penalties and Restarts
• The Sanction: If an "over a third" occurs, the umpire blows the whistle and awards a free pass to the opposing team.
