Rule of the Week - Contact

 A player must not engage in physical contact with an opponent whether accidental or deliberate.

 No Pushing, tripping, grabbing, holding or leaning on an opponent.

 No Knocking or hitting an opponent, including when shooting for goal.

 No Hitting or placing hand/s on a ball held by an opponent.

 While holding the ball, no pushing it into an opponent
